Relationship, Intimacy & Sex Therapy
Relationships are deep. So is desire. Both deserve honest, unhurried attention.
Relationships bring some of our greatest joy and some of our deepest pain. Whether you’re navigating conflict, a loss of intimacy, or questions about your sexuality or relationship structure, this is a space to explore what’s happening without judgment.
We work with individuals and people in any relationship configuration — two people, more than two, LGBTQIA+, non-monogamous, polyamorous, and everything in between. You don’t need to be in a relationship to benefit from this work, and you don’t need to be in crisis — sometimes people come simply because something has shifted and they want to understand it.
Relationships
Relationship sessions give both people a space to be heard — by each other as much as by us. Common reasons people come include:
Recurring conflict or communication breakdown — Growing distance or disconnection — Recovery after infidelity or a breach of trust — Navigating a significant life transition together — Wanting to strengthen a relationship that’s fundamentally solid but stuck — Separation and how to do it with care
We don’t take sides and we don’t tell you what your relationship should look like. Our role is to slow things down, help you hear each other more clearly, and support you to make decisions that are right for both of you.
Sex & intimacy
Sex and intimacy are a normal part of human experience — and a space where many people carry significant distress, confusion, or shame. We hold these conversations with the same care and lack of judgment as any other.
People come to us with questions and concerns including:
Low desire or mismatched libido — Pain during sex — Difficulties with arousal or orgasm — Sex after trauma — Compulsive sexual behaviour — Pornography and its impact on relationships or self-image — Questions about sexual identity, orientation, or practice — Shame, anxiety, or avoidance connected to sex and the body
You can come to this work as an individual, as a couple, as a throuple, or whoever else needs to be there. Nothing you bring will surprise us, and nothing is too embarrassing to name.

A note on who we work with
We work with people of all genders, sexualities, and relationship structures — including LGBTQIA+ people, non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships, and kink-aware clients. We don’t assume what a healthy relationship or healthy sexuality looks like for you.
