Mental health assessment
for adolescents and young adults (12-24 years)
This assessment evaluates your overall mental well-being. This includes looking at any potential mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsions, and more severe disorders. These problems can severely impact someone’s well-being and happiness, often unnoticed as they become accustomed to it. To address any concerns, talking to an expert can offer valuable insights and understanding. Discussing this may be challenging, so we’ll do our best to help you through it. What appear to be mental health symptoms might actually be lasting effects of past trauma. Identifying the causes of specific behaviours and symptoms is nearly always the crucial first step in developing effective treatment and improvement strategies. Although online resources offer abundant information on mental illness, trauma, and related issues, a holistic perspective and careful clinical judgment are crucial to avoid potentially harmful misinterpretations.
