Professional and clinical supervision

We believe that professional or clinical supervision is an essential part of practice. For us, it is a deeply reflective activity that increases our understanding of clients and ourselves, helps us discover new opportunities, combines theory and practice, and finally holds us accountable to our professional standards. Although the supervisor is happy to share their knowledge and resources, their job is not to provide ready solutions. Rather, their job is to help the supervisee reflect on what is happening and walk alongside them to help them to find their own solutions.

We offer professional supervision to allied health professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, counsellors, and other professionals who want to improve their knowledge and skills regarding mental health and wellbeing. While professionals usually seek supervisors from their own profession for good reason, it may sometimes be helpful to look for a supervisor with a different background to broaden one’s horizon.
